HOW TO UPDATE YOUR CREDIT CARD

To edit your credit card, please click on your profile picture in top right, then click Settings. Next, click "Billing Info" in the top right corner to updateĀ your billing information.


REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION

Refunds are permitted for 7 days after initial purchase. You are responsible for all payments, no matter what payment plan you select.

Please contact us before disputing claims with your credit card company. We cannot initiate a cancellation requested through any social media or direct messaging platform. Please use the contact form on this page for any communications regarding your membership status.


PAYMENT DEFAULTS

If your payment method provided cannot be processed for any of the payments, you’ll be contacted. Your access to membership may be suspended until your payments are current.


ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS

We reserve the right at our discretion to deny access or remove customers from Women: The Portal for any reason.
