Mentorship Membership Policies
HOW TO UPDATE YOUR CREDIT CARD
To edit your credit card, please click on your profile picture in top right, then click Settings. Next, click "Billing Info" in the top right corner to update your billing information.
Annual Mentorship purchases will auto-renew at the end of your billing year, on or near the date of your initial purchase.
Quarterly / 3 month Mentorship plans will auto-renew every 90 days.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION
You may request a full refund within 7 days of initial purchase. A refund will immediately cancel your membership. If you cancel your account after 7 days, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not available for annual subscriptions that have been active for more than 30 days.
To ensure a successful refund, please provide the same email address with which you enrolled. Refunding your membership prevents your payment method from being charged in the future, and your access will be removed from the Mentorship portal, private podcast, and member forum
You will have access to Mentorship content as long as your billing is active and up-to-date. If your account defaults and/or you fail to make payments, your access will be removed from the membership portal, private podcast feed and member forum.
HOW TO CANCEL ESSENTIAL MENTORSHIP
- Log in to your account.
- Click on your Avatar (image) at the top right corner of the page
- Select "Settings" from the dropdown.
- Click "Billing Info" at the top right of the page.
- Click "Cancel"
Once clicked, access ends on the next billing cycle - either 90 days after your last payment if you're a quarterly member, or one year after your last payment if you're an annual member. Once your access ends, you will not be able to view subscription content.
PLEASE NOTE: Unsubscribing from Mentorship emails does not cancel your membership. To cancel your payments, please follow the steps above.
Please contact us before disputing claims with your credit card company. We cannot initiate a cancellation requested through any social media or direct messaging platform. Please use the contact form on this page for any communications regarding your membership status.
If your payment method provided cannot be processed for any of the payments, you’ll be contacted. Your access to membership may be suspended until your payments are current.
We reserve the right at our discretion to deny access or remove customers from Mentorship for any reason.
