Mentorship Membership Policies
Membership purchases auto-renew monthly and annually, depending on how you purchased, on or close to the date of purchase.
HOW TO CANCEL YOUR MENTORSHIP SUBSCRIPTION:
If you decide Essential Mentorship is not for you, you can cancel your subscription by:
- Logging in to your account.
- Click on your Avatar (image) from the page header.
- Select Settings from the dropdown.
- Click Billing Info in the top right of the page
- Click Cancel
You will lose access to your membership on the next billing cycle - either 30 days after your last payment if you are a monthly member, or one year after your last payment if you are an annual member.
PLEASE NOTE: Unsubscribing from the member email DOES NOT cancel your membership. You must follow the steps above to cancel your membershuip.
If you selected the annual subscription, you have 30 days from initial purchase date to request a pro-rated refund by filling out the contact form above. To ensure a successful refund, you must provide the same email address you enrolled with. Refunding your membership prevents your payment method from being charged in the future.
We will deduct your first month (at the monthly rate) from your refund. Your access to the membership site and Facebook group will be removed 30 days after your purchase.
Refunds are not available for monthly subscriptions. Refunds are not available for annual subscriptions that have been active for more than 30 days.
Please do not dispute claim directly with your credit card company as your first step – we are here to help. We cannot initiate a cancellation requested through Facebook or any other social media.
If your payment method provided cannot be processed for any of the payments, you’ll be contacted. Your access to membership may be suspended until your payments are current.
We reserve the right at our discretion to deny access to or remove customers from membership at any time for any reason.
