HOW TO UPDATE YOUR CREDIT CARD

To edit your credit card, please click on your profile picture in top right, then click Settings. Next, click "Billing Info" in the top right corner to update your billing information.


REFUNDS AND CONTENT ACCESS

2022 Essential Mentorship is an annual subscription - meaning you are purchasing Mentorship access for the 2022 calendar year only. You will have access to Mentorship content as long as your billing is active and up-to-date. If your account defaults and/or you fail to make payments, your access will be removed from the membership portal, private podcast and member forum.

For 2022 access to Essential Mentorship, you have the choice of paying via a 4-part payment plan or a one-time payment. If you purchased mentorship between Dec. 10th, 2021 and January 11th, 2022, you may request a full refund before January 30th, 2022.

If you purchased the Founder's plan before February 1st, 2021, you are considered a Founder, and your annual plan auto-renewed. You have 30 days from your initial renewal date to request a refund by filling out the contact form on this page. To ensure a successful refund, please provide the same email address with which you enrolled. Refunding your membership prevents your payment method from being charged in the future, and your access will be removed from the Mentorship portal, private podcast, and member forum.


AUTO-RENEWAL

2022 Mentorship purchases will auto-renew at the end of 2022, on the date of your initial purchase. Please note: if for some reason, we close Mentorship at the end of this year (2022), you will not be charged.

HOW TO CANCEL YOUR ANNUAL MENTORSHIP SUBSCRIPTION

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click on your Avatar (image) at the top right corner of the page
  3. Select "Settings" from the dropdown.
  4. Click "Billing Info" at the top right of the page.
  5. Click "Cancel"

Once clicked, access ends on the next billing cycle - either 90 days after your last payment if you're on a payment plan, or one year after your last payment if you're an annual member. Once your access ends, you will not be able to view subscription content.

PLEASE NOTE: Unsubscribing from Mentorship emails doesn't cancel your membership. To cancel your payments, please follow the steps above.

For any sticky issues, we are here to help. Please come to us before disputing claims with your credit card company.
Also, we cannot initiate a cancellation requested through any social media or direct messaging platform. Please use the contact form on this page.


PAYMENT DEFAULTS

If your payment method provided cannot be processed for any of the payments, you’ll be contacted. Your access to membership may be suspended until your payments are current.


ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS

We reserve the right at our discretion to deny access or remove customers from Mentorship for any reason. Your access to this content remains live until December 31st, 2022.
