Communication through speech is practically synonymous with being human, andyet we often find ourselves wishing we could use words more effectively to createconnection and ease in our lives, especially with those closest to us.

This four-week course led by Judith Hanson Lasater, facilitated by Elena Brower, introduces the principles of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) as a practical way of exploring one of the most important questions of our time.
